This term Primary 2/3/4/5 are excited to be learning about Space. We will be looking at energy and forces while we learn about the planets in our Solar System as well as creating some beautiful art work and models relating to different aspects of Space. We will be looking at the diet and fitness regimes of astronauts as part of Health and Wellbeing as well as looking at the social and emotional side of Astronauts being miles away from home and how we learn to understand and manage these emotions. We are going to be looking at Space related news reports and using our understanding of facts, opinions and sources to write our own. In Numeracy this term we are going to be working on Number Processes, Money and Patterns. We will be learning why these are important for the World of Work. We are excited for Halloween and can’t wait to read and write some scary Halloween poems too!
